Counters
For keeping track of such metrics (both related to service performance and business), we use counters. Counters measure certain quantitative values related to the recommendation engine performance.
Business performance KPI counters are available on the Yusp Dashboard, so clients can keep an eye on these metrics, while service performance counters are available on internal interfaces, so our integration engineers and operations personnel can act immediately in case any of these metrics would get below or above the warning threshold.
